The document "Costanzi_Steifetten_genetix.gtx" can be opened with the software Genetix and contains the results from the genotyping. The document "Costanzi_Steifetten_isolation_metrics_master_file.txt" can be opened with the software R and contains the different isolation metrics, the genetic diversity parameters and Fis used in the article. The document "Costanzi_Steifetten_TIN_model_tree_line.zip" contain a shapefile that can be opened with a GIS software (e.g. QGIS or ArcGIS), this file present the result of the TIN model used in the article.
