Variables in the dataset: code: Participant ID (string) gender: sex (male/female) age: Participant's age (years) at the date of test eye_tested: eye from which the measurement is taken (od = right eye; os = left eye) sph: sphere (D) cyl: cylinder power (DC) axis: cylinder axis r1: corneal radius (mm) in the flat meridian r2: corneal radius (mm) in the steep meridian al: axial length (mm) The variables that start with "mm" is the measurements obtained with the Myopia Master, variables that start with "iolm" is from the IOL Master 700, and variables that start with "hrk" is from the Huvitz HRK-8000A autorefractor. ----------- METHODOLOGY ----------- Ocular biometry and autorefraction were measured with three instruments: o Myopia Master (axial length, corneal radius and refractive error) o IOLMaster 700 (axial length, corneal radius) o HRK-8000A (corneal radius and refractive error) The measurements were performed at least 30 minutes after instillation of one (blue or green irides) or two (brown irides) drops of cyclopentolate hydrochloride 1% (Minims single dose; Bausch & Lomb UK Ltd, England) in both eyes.
